Wendy, sorry about that. We actually need to set up your account for FTP access. If you will email support@prestophoto.com with your login ID we will set up the account for you.

I downloaded free FTP software and am ready to upload but cannot see the FTP Uploads Tab anywhere on the 'My Photos', upload photos page?
