I see this thread is 2.5 years old, but it came up in a search.

I didn't get a tracking number with my ship notice. It said Shipped and the number "50" in square brackets. I wanted and paid for FedEx International Priority. I did e-mail support@prestophoto.com and the person who responded said they couldn't find a tracking number either. ??????

My question: does everyone usually get a tracking number automatically?

Thanks for the link. My order when viewed on this site shows that it was shipped on Sept 14th but I have not received any notifications.

Hi Christopher,

Here's a link to PrestoPhoto shipment information.

Once the order shipped, PrestoPhoto will send you shipment notification and only order with UPS, FEDEX or Express mail service can be tracked. They'll e-mail you the tracking # with the shipment notice. Hope this helps.

I tried to search for a shipping FAQ but I was unable to find it. Is it possible for me to track my shipment ?
