Just like Marc Sitkin (you can see his review from Dec 2023) I ordered 60 folded cards and envelopes and got an empty envelope. Chat support not available during business hours as promised for the past 2 days, sent email with no reply, and leaving phone messages a waste. Sometimes things happen, but there appears to be a pattern of shipping empty packages.
