Order Feedback

I just received my first order. First off, I was super stoked to find a reasonably priced platform to be able to print my children's books. Secondly the LIVE HELP button is a lifesaver! Navigating the site is pretty basic and creating a project - super user friendly! My books are so cute! Packaging could be upgraded a bit. Both my hardcover books came with dents and etched scratches in them. Hard to gift or resell like that. And to be fair, it's not ideal to have a keepsake arrive already damaged. I would seriously consider upgrading your shipping to protect your product better. :/
Lastly, the mini books (3.5x3.5): cutest thing I've ever seen!

OK, one more thing. Ability to put a Title on the binding on the mini-books. Just sayin'
