Journey to Antarctica

This book is the product of a 12-day journey to Antarctica aboard the "Ushuaia" in December 2006. The 12 days were filled with visions of icebergs, birds and wildlife - seals, and especially penguins: Adelie, Gentoo and Chinstrap.
Although the canvas in Antarctica is largely black and white, it is accented with touches of color: the blue and turquoise of the glaciers and icebergss; the red beaks of the Gentoo penguins; the colors of the midnight sunsets; the rusting remains of the whaling industry; and the orange painted research stations.
