I have just change my OS on my Mac on which I have prepared and submitted a book for printing. When I now want to review the book through the Apple Photo App it tells me 'Extension Missing'. Apparently this is the link to Prestophoto templates I used for the book. Can you assist?

I don't want a dustcover but can't find a way to edit it out

I'm creating a book for a vacation I just took, and I got a little confused when I was making galleries and now have about 10 of them with the same name and photos. And my photo list has a bunch of duplicates in it. How can I easily delete them without opening each photo and deleting it?

When I try to delete the gallery, it will let me delete the photos, but not the name of the gallery. Is there a way to have a list and a checkbox next to it to delete them?

I am very disappointed that you no longer have the lay-flat higher quality photo books available in 8 1/2 X 11. I just received an additional shipment of the regular hinging and lower quality paper and it is very disappointing.

Will you ever bring these back? I have printed many books in this format and it is really wonderful.

Thanks so much for reaching out! We have not removed any lay flat product options, but have actually added several new options in many sizes. We have been updating some of the naming conventions of our products to ensure all products across our site are consistent, so perhaps the product you were looking for has had an update to the formatting of the product name.

I'm trying to finish my latest softcover photo book and can't get the spine to be white with black letters. The spine is black and won't change to white.

How do I choose a shipping option other than Canada Post? They are currently on strike here in Canada.
There are no other options other than Canada Post and the delivery dates can't be accurate as they are on strike.

Please advise as order is sitting in checkout waiting to be paid for.
